Can I resell DealsDirect items to my own customers (Dropship)?
Solution
We offer a dropshipping service at no extra cost to anyone who's interested - no ABN is required. To send items to different customers and addresses, you'll firstly be required to register as a new DealsDirect.com.au member.

You will need to place a separate order using your account for each customer you wish to ship to. Please ensure you change the shipping address for each order. No invoice or pricing information will be included in your customer's parcels, as we send all tax invoices via email to you.

The tax invoice we email when payment is received acts as proof of purchase for these items and is to be used for any return claims. As you are the account holder, the return policy is non-transferable and any return claims must come directly from you. We will not be able to deal directly with your customers. We therefore suggest you have your customers check their orders for any problems as they receive them.

Please note that we can't guarantee how long any of our items will be available for as we operate on a "first in, best dressed" basis. For this reason, if you wish to run eBay auctions to dropship items, we would strongly recommend running very short auctions or "buy it now" listings, as we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock when required.

When there are only 10 or less available of any particular item, you'll notice an "Almost Sold Out" icon will appear on the product page.
